  1. just nak kasitau i had a bad experience dining at ipoh station recently.

    pegi sana for late lunch, i order asam laksa. setelah menunggu lebih kurang 10-15 minit, the waitress datang bawak sepinggan charkueytiau. i told her i didnt order charkueytiau and that i ordered asam laksa. dier conveniently cakap, "oo.. asam laksa dah habis". i told her i tak order charkueytiau. she said she thought i dah tukar order.

    i was angry sebab no one told me about asam laksa yg dah habis, pepandai pulak nak bawak charkueytiau suruh i makan. dah la tunggu lama jugak for the food.

    no apologies from the waitress. not the first time having bad experience in ipoh station. and dont think i will go there again lah...

  2. Thousand appologized. I will investigate and could you please describe who is the waitress? Kadang2 pekerja ni macam tu lah...depan kita semua tak de masaalah..its happened to most of the restaurant coz nak cari local workers yg bagus amat susah sgt, nak import foreign workers, cost nya amat tinggi..nak tak nak kena terima kritikan malah kutukan...perkara biasa dalam industri makanan...tapi kami akan tengok perkara ini dan akan improve kan service akan datang.Terima kasih krn memberi comment dan kami terima sebagai ujian brniaga. No problem kalu you tak nak dtg lagi...thank you for visiting us..

  3. Dear Thundercat, Me and wife dah investigate, the waitress name is Nana from Johor and she is new about 2 weeks working.She admitted her mistake and appologized what had happened. She did say sorry to you but may be you tak perasan, thats what she told. Anyway harap2 you and husband terima kemaafan kami. Selamat maju jaya kepada you. Terimakasih kerana menyokong selama ini.
